This helped me limit the no-show rate a lot in the past - simply a reminder email at a specified time (e.g. 2h before the meeting) with a link to reschedule if it doesn't fit any longer.

I feel like I could easily miss bookings otherwise.

I have a whole day offered for booking of a two-hour-long sessions. The booking page offers only 8 - 10 - 12 - 14:00. How to do it so that someone can pick 9:00 as start of the meeting on the booking page?
