AI Planner Proactive Support: Priority/Due Dates Changes (Motion like)
in progress

Automatic blocking from the AI planner without the need to manually go in the Morgen app. Then if needed I can move a task and the calendar would be updated agin with the ai planner. It would also require a new parameter to indicate when to start blocking.

I love the look of Morgen and the automations such as the travel time and buffers. But Motion's AI scheduling is very easy to use and I would love for it to integrate better with Morgen.

User: If something were to get added into Morgen I would want that to automatically be added to my calendar and move everything else in my day based on priority and deadline.

It would be great if we could actually select the way the AI Planner prioritizes. Then each user could order the steps that the AI planner focuses on. I think there are three that come to mind. Date, Priority, and then Status from a connected app. I might use date, then notion status. Someone else might use Date and Morgen Priority.

Sorry - meant to say Morgan Importance.

Hello Everyone.
We are looking for AI planner users to test a due date change notification option.

This is essential. Right now the AI Planner completely ignores priority (for both Morgen and Obsidian tasks, as far as I can tell).
This is untenable. Example:
- I have about 60 tasks.
- About 5 of them are "high" and about 3 are "highest" priority (in Obsidian).
- When the AI Planner schedules tasks, none of my "high" or "highest" priority tasks are scheduled. Instead, a see a bunch of low priority tasks.
Clearly, the planner should schedule higher priority tasks first.
Also, as already pointed out, if a tasks priority changes, the planner should re-plan accordingly.

And also not schedule Low priority tasks over normal or medium tasks.
