I depend on workflows highly, as I copy events between calendars to ensure that anytime someone wants to book an event, they see my availability correctly with no need to contact me personally.

A few days ago, all my workflows stopped working, which I've noticed only after I received a conflicting event invitation.

Therefore, I'd like to be notified immediately if workflows are unable to execute for some reason to prevent cases like that. Email notification or some sort of morgen-based notification should be sufficient.
