Desktop Widget

A desktop-Widget, so that a minimzied Version of the calendar/ today agenda is always reachable.
The ToDo-App TickTick has a function like this, where widgets can be placed at the border of the screen, where they collapse and can be made visible again by hovering over the area. This collapsed widget is also always accessable no matter what other app is used.

As someone with a touch of ADHD, I think this would be a tremendous help. I would like to be able to put a desktop widget up at the top of my screen that shows what task I have blocked on my calendar that I should be working on. Sometimes when your organizer is minimized or at least not in your face, it's an out of sight out of mind thing. Having a visible reminder of your current task right in front of you would help keep me on track, at least in theory.

I am not sure how this differs from the global hotkey and global command options.
Max Could you explain further?

Having Morgen accessible for a quick look around / actions (like creating a meeting) without doing the extra mile of opening the full app first would be great. A nice idea as how this could look like could be https://github.com/michalleptuch/calendar-flyout.

Yes! Absolutely want an easy way to show new emails and agenda at a glance, without having to go into the app
