Allow creation of sub-task-lists

Being able to filter on task lists is great. However sometimes I want to combine certain task-lists together into a non-calendar specific grouping such as "Work" or "Private".
As a user I would like to be able to create subtask-lists within task-lists that contain other tasks.

It would be great to have this. Folders would make it possible to fold in/out entire areas such as work or private to create a better overview. This is not possible if I use tasks/subtasks for this. I also need subtasks for a more detailed breakdown of the individual tasks.
Almost every other task program (TickTick, Todoist, Akiflow,...) has this function.

Sub-Tasklist

Right now, I organize my tasks in Todoist with Projects and Sub-Projects. It would be nice to be able to generate a sub-task list so I could use task lists as projects and the sub-task lists as sub-projects.

Sublists

It would be great if there was an option for sublists within existing lists. For example, if I have a list called Personal, I can create another list under Personal called Health or Hobbies and add tasks under that.

“Projects are also ‘areas’ for me, such as work, study, training, side hustle, family, friends, and trying something new. In Todoist, I create a section for each lecture, where every possible task for that specific lecture goes. I also organize my training with sections for swim, bike, run, and strength. Time blocking is crucial for me as I’m training for an Ironman and started studying a month ago. My goal is to only use Morgen.so because it’s so convenient to set an estimated time for a task and switch between calendars with one keystroke.
Sub-tasks don’t work for me; task descriptions are easily overlooked. Not sure what you mean by multiple sessions :)

I am curious what the workflow would look like.
My current flow has tasks lists as 'areas' then a task is a project. I add the task in multiple slots and rename the task for that slot.
What would you want to use sub lists for?

Ross Griffin what is it about multiple sessions, subtasks, or task descriptions that doesn't work for this?
