Make holiday calendars busy

Since you need to add a calendar provider anyway to work with morgen I don't think this feature request is necessary, because those providers offer holiday calendars themselves.
You can add those to morgen and set them as your busy calendar in Settings -> Availability.

Friendly User This is a good idea, but will not work.
Every publicly available holiday calendar marks the holiday as "free," so when Morgen picks up the holiday, even if you tell it to use the calendar for availability, it won't block the day out.
A possible solution would be to have another option in Morgen: "Mark all events [on this calendar] as busy."
Right now I have two subscriptions, one for U.S. holidays and one for Spanish holidays. They show up just fine... but, the AI planner completely ignores them, and so do my booking pages. I have to manually add a "Block" event on every holiday. I've forgotten a few times, and had customers book events on days I'm not in the office... :(

There are several public and free iCalendar feeds of such holidays out there already, for countries, religions, and even sporting seasons (like F1, MLS, Premiere League, and so on)… maintaining such calendars would demand precious time of the Morgen team, which might otherwise be invested towards genuinely novel capabilities.
Perhaps the best solution might be to direct users to make use of public calendar feeds (or provide a directory of popular ones?)

John Lianoglou, not suggesting Morgen maintain the calendars. There are plenty out there. This is a feature request to allow specifying specific calendars (or calendar subscriptions, e.g.: https://calendars.icloud.com/holidays/us_en-us.ics) be treated as busy/holiday schedules. See my reply to Fabian above for more detail.
