Two way sync is hard because of the many possible fields. So at a minimum for an MVP I would suggest allowing users to create a new task from Morgen with a description and a due date, assigned to the account owner.

Status on notion can have multiple tags that are considered completed. It would be nice that any note marked with a completed tag was tagged as completed on morgen.

Like Nicole said, I'd appreciate more options like the estimated time to sync.
I'd also like to have some sort of sync for the actual planned time for the task so when I look at Notion I can see it's scheduled for today for example.

Add labels to calendar.
When I add a task to the Calendar the labels visible in the Task view on the left aren't showing in the calendar. They should be included in calendar view.

I import my tasks from Notion including an estimated time, I would need morgen to update that automatically in my notion tasks. Currently am doing this manually. It would also be great if it could deduct the time for scheduled calls during a task and add the time spent on calls with the same tags and export to notion . I have the analysis currently set up in Notion including a Dashboard.
(Also open for other suggestions for time tracking, I do have all of my tasks and projects on notion tough)

Kalyn I'm able to add multiple Notion databases - though I wish you could treat them like separate "Calendars" so we could hide/show them differently

Are you referring to scheduled tasks? If so, calendar sets allow for this.

Danny Hatcher Calendar sets are by email - so since all Notion databases are connected to the one email, i don't seem to be able to separate them out, assigning tasks to one calendar, content to another for example, at least not from my fiddling around. There doesn't seem to be a way to treat Notion databases like calendars - they all get lumped into your account email/calendar.

Marie Poulin: Morgen calendar sets are by calendar. They could be different calendars connected to the same account or to different accounts. EG: Gcal 1 and Outlook 1 could be in Morgen calendar set 1.
When you schedule a Notion task the task will be placed in the default calendar in the settings unless you specify a different calendar.
You can use frames to make a task default to that frame calendar.
For example:
Frame (1pm - 3pm) is 'work' calendar. Notion task scheduled in that frame will be added to the 'work' calendar.

Danny Hatcher No worries! I don't want to see them loaded as tasks to "check off" So one database I would bring in is my Content Calendar database. I'd like to see what I'm posting on YouTube, Email, etc and the time, but I don't want to see a checkbox because it's not a task to me. So basically, this would be an additional "Calendar". Hope that makes sense!

Kalyn YES this is exactly what I want. I would love to see my Notion Recipes in a calendar, but not in my Work Calendar which is connected to all my Notion Tasks. I wish we could treat databases
like
calendars, where hitting shortcut 1 = work databases, shortcut 2 = personal databases, shortcut 3 = content databases, but right now they're all tied to the single work email, right?Danny Hatcher
Marie Poulin: Task in the sidebar aren't assigned a calendar.
Scheduled tasks are assigned a calendar, but you can pick what calendar in the edit window.

Setting a default color for tasks from different Notion databases would be super useful! Either that, or being able to set the default Calendar for tasks from different Notion databases would also be super useful
