Option to hide unused features

A problem many task management apps have are the amount of complexity and features that the user doesn't care about. I switched to Morgen from ClickUp and even though ClickUp has the option to disable many of its features, it's still cluttered. As someone who is easily distracted, every button and text that I see on the screen pulls on my attention and makes it harder for me to focus. For example, since I'm not part of a team and mostly study and work alone, I never use the features related to sharing or conferencing and also since my time zone never changes, the current time zone on the titlebar doesn't serve any purpose. As the development of Morgen continues, the features are only going to increase so it would be great to have an option to hide anything that you don't use. Don't want Morgen to have the same fate as ClickUp down the line. :D

Ability to customize buttons on left of desktop window

As of right now, I see the booking page, and open invites button but they are fairly useless to me as I am utilizing Morgen for my personal tasks and potentially home business logging which won't have a need for these tools. Visual clutter always makes me feel more unproductive and it would be SO SO SO helpful if I could decide which main buttons are linked to the side bars and also maybe a bit more simple customization tools like colors/themes). Sorry if the left bar buttons is already optional, I haven't quite figured out a way to remove them or relabel any of those sort of things on the main windows 11 desktop window. Thank you for being User-Centric!!

Simplify Desktop UI

I feel like UI has become overloaded on desktop, find myself quite often clicking all the icons randomly until I find what I need.
See the picture attached.
- No idea what the difference between those calendar buttons is and which one I should be clicking. Both look like calendars, both are for features related to calendars. Also, I have no idea why the calendar management button is at the top, while all the other top icons control the view, not the settings. While calendar view icon is at the bottom-left, where usually settings-related buttons are.
- Command palette and search could possibly be combined into the only feature and show aggregated search results. Similar to how Spotlight, Alfred, Windows PowerToys Run and all the other similar tools work.

Ability to hide teams tab

I don't have a team and don't have any plans to add one, though there is a permanent "Team" button at the sidebar taking space and adding confusion. I have no idea what icons mean as I don't use them that often to remember, so I tend to be clicking on the team one each time I'm in search for settings.
Similarly, I don't use AI planner and don't feel like I need it yet, but it's huge.
I'd like to be able to hide buttons I don't use.

Really nice point, I too agree with this. Already feels sometimes like on the titlebar there is too many icons there that I barely use. Once you know the hotkeys they are just a distraction. I think I would mainly only ever use them if I was actually on my tablet or using a stylus
