Adding a search function to the mobile (for me, I'm on iOS & iPad, I don't know if Android already has this) apps would be super helpful! I need it to look up events in the past/future.

Please make that feature come true, love it on the mac. Comes really handy when you on the go and need do know the next schedule events for something particular.

Any news on this? I'm using morgen more and more on the go, but it is such a pain to search events that I am considering switching back to fantastical at least for mobile.

Ricardo: There are plenty of Mobile improvements that have been suggested. 
My guess is that when the current projects have settled, mobile will be addressed. 
Perhaps a 'mobile improvement' feature request should be made, merging each feature for a big push. What do you think?

plus one from me... kinda surprised me that this is not implemented yet.. how do other people find their events? scrolling for minutes or..?

Agree this is a vital need, have wanted to search on mobile many times.

Yes! I was just searching the guides and FAQs for a way to do this and ended up here. Please add a search feature; I’d like to stop having to use the iPhone calendar completely, but I still have to use it, mainly for this feature.
