Merged in a post:
Multiple selection to reschedule todos
Felix Osmanczyk
For example, I have my whole day scheduled from 8am to 12pm (just an example).
I have 3 tasks scheduled (8-9am, 9-10am, 10-11am), so I have an empty room from 11am to 12pm. No, I want to add a new task that is more important than the task from 8-9am. Right now I have to add the todo and drag and drop the 3 others once to a later point in time.
My idea:
The possibility to mark several ToDo's at the same time with “command” and “mouse click”, for example to move all marked ones to a later time.

I think this is something that could fit well with a workflow - allowing to choose a strategy for dealing with conflicting scheduled tasks. Such strategies could be things like "push back" (which will push back all the already scheduled tasks to make room for the newly scheduled task), "reschedule conflicting" (which will reschedule the conflicting task to the next available time slot) or "unschedule" (that will simply remove the scheduled conflicting task for the newly scheduled one).

Please work on this feature, that is so important for me!

I would also like to add that this function is very important because, for example, copying, pasting and moving events is crucial. I added a screen below from a similar calendar App to describe it better.
Suggestions:
- ⌘CMD + Left Click → Select single event or add more to selection
- ⇧Shift + Left Click → Select range of events from A to Z
- ⌘CMD + A → Select all events in current view
- ⌘CMD + C → Copy current selection
- ⌘CMD + V → Paste current selection
- ⌘CMD + R → Replace current selection with clipboard
Also, please include these shortcuts not only into MacOS, but also into iPadOS / iOS
If anyone has an improvement to this, feel free to comment.
Cheers ✌️

Deleting multiple events during some period (Due to a holiday, or some other exception). It quite tedious to delete events individually, especially if you are deleting weeks worth of events.

This would require us to reimplement entirely the calendar view. This is a huge effort so we don't have a timeline for it.

Marco Ancona (Morgen co-founder): Perhaps reducing the scope of this feature to something more manageable? Such us bulk deleting.

For me it's selecting multiple events and moving them, and all of them keeping their relative offset instead of shuffling each one.
