Invite team members to tasks

It would be helpful to invite team members to tasks. It’s easy to invite them to an event, but certain activities might benefit from being “assigned” in Morgen via an invitation. I know that’s not really the software’s core function, but it would certainly allow me to pare down project management software subscriptions if I could assign tasks via invitation. 😅

I appreciate the great work you've done with Morgen! I’d like to submit a feature request regarding calendar sharing within teams.
Currently, Morgen allows team members to view each other’s availability in terms of free/busy status, but it does not provide an option to share full event details. It would be incredibly useful if there were a setting that allowed users to share access to their full calendar events including titles, descriptions, and locations with their team members..
This feature would improve transparency and scheduling efficiency within teams, especially for those who need to coordinate meetings or track project timelines. This is a feature present in other apps, but we use Morgen exclusively with Notion integration, and want to continue doing that.
I’d love to hear if this is something on your roadmap or if there are any workarounds currently available.

To clarify, you want everyone in your Morgen team to have full permissions on all your connected busy calendars?
This setting is currently controlled by the source calendar permission settings.

Hi Danny, Yes exactly. We use Morgen for its excellent complete overview for Notion and Zoom/Teams scheduling. We would greatly benefit from the clarity of being able to toggle the busy calendar off and actually see the tasks scheduled. If I understand correctly, are you saying that it is possible to allow this in e.g. from Notion and Microsoft Teams? Then it will show on Morgen as the actual scheduled task rather than busy? It is a pity that we can not assign tasks to team mates and see when they are working on tasks.
