Tags for Tasks (tags shown when scheduled)

I use tags in Obsidian for tags to separate my work tasks by campus - I would love to be able to see these tags in tasks I've scheduled in the calendar! The tags seem to be recognized in the sidebar but get added as a sort of note on the calendar, which means I need to click into the task to see what I've tagged it as.

Marley The Obsidian tags can be used for sorting in the sidebar as well.
I assume you would like to see the tags when the tasks are scheduled on the calendar?

Danny Hatcher Yes I hardly ever look at the sidebar after I've scheduled all my tasks for the day, and I have a lot of tasks that are repeated for each campus I work with (i.e. File paperwork #campus1, File paperwork #campus2). So being able to see the tags once the task is scheduled would be great, or even just being able to change the color of the task based on the tag like I can do with events.
I could just include the campus name in the task title, but I like being able to search by tag in Obsidian and I'd rather not repeat things.

Danny Hatcher would actually be nice to add colors to Obsidian tags as well. Now it seems only work for Morgen native tasks.

My use case is the hashtag project labels I use. Being able to see hashtags displayed as a

in Todoist would be nice. Thanks for the suggestion.A

Tasks in general should be made a lot better so that there wouldn't need to be a need to use Todoist. Also, on Android it'd be great if there was an Add Task widget.

Hey Morgen Team! A couple of suggestions, most of which center around tags and due dates. Let me know if I should break these into smaller requests.
One thing that would be nice for tags would be to have the "block on calendar" function automate which calendar receives the blocked task, for example tasks tagged with "personal" would block to the "personal" calendar. For Notion, this would make things fairly efficient because adding a task within a Notion database filtered to "personal" would force add a personal tag that gets passed onto Morgen.
The ability to filter displayed due dates based on tags or task source would also be super helpful (in addition to filtering tasks themselves based on tags, which has already been mentioned). I've ended up connecting my Notion projects database so I can block large chunks of "free" time from a multiday project into daily time to work on it. I then overlay Todoist tasks onto the project time. I like this because then I can click "open in Notion" to get back to the project with all its attached resources, notes, views, etc or "open in Todoist" to return to the task. Filtering displayed due dates by tag or source (or even adding the ability to color displayed due dates) would allow users to display either tasks or projects this way + visually see due dates affiliated with personal, work, school ect. The same ideas would apply to Todoist tasks as well as projects/tasks from Notion.

This would be especially useful if tags could be synced from integrations as well. Specifically for Notion - it should support both "multi-select" and "relation" (for supporting the universal tags pattern) type properties, with an option to select the right one during setup.

This will be a game changer for me using Morgen. Being a CSM, I manage a lot of customer events, but I also have separate tasks for those customers that i would love to tag and filter by the account. As well as better differentiate tasks between my accounts I manage and the internal company work I do.
I hope this comes sooner than later :)

It would also be great to be able to add tags with a right click drop down box, rather than having to open a task (or event) in the calendar.

I was just trying to see if I could do this, and then saw this in the roadmap. +1 for this feature!

This is very important for my work flow also... Second brain framework is what I'm trying to use in Morgen now as well
