This would likely have to be a MS Power Automate flow, I've done something similar with Clickup in the past. You can create a flow that shows up as a quick action in teams.

Ross Agreed thats one way to approach it - but having already used Akiflow and ToDoIst - which have native Action Items to 'Add To' this feels more user friendly and a better experience.
