Hi there, great news: Morgen is coming to your browser! 🎉
We are thrilled to announce Morgen Web Beta.
To try it, head to https://beta.web.morgen.so/ - no download required.
This isn't just a port; it's Morgen v4 rebuilt for the web (and these improvements are coming to desktop soon, too!).
What's in:
🌐 It's Actually a Web App now!
We rebuilt a lot of things from the ground up so Morgen can work in your browser and simplify the experience.
☁️ Seamless cloud sync
No more "connect locally" vs "connect to cloud" confusion. All calendar accounts now sync automatically across all your devices through our cloud.
👥 Outlook groups calendars everywhere
Outlook group calendars are now cloud-connected and available across all your devices, even mobile (note: this requires additional permissions during setup).
⚡ It's much faster
We've optimized for startup and daily operations. The app should feel noticeably snappier as you navigate through your busy schedule.
⌨️ Browser-Friendly Shortcuts
We carefully updated shortcuts to play nicely with your browser. If you're a shortcut-heavy user, give them a look.
🎥 The Teams integration is no longer connected as a separate integration. Instead, you will be able to select Teams as a video conferencing option on any Outlook (personal or work) account that is connected to Morgen.
🚨🚨🚨 Important heads up about v3 <> v4 usage: 🚨🚨🚨
🔄 Frames and tasks created on Outlook calendars in v4 won't appear in v3 (desktop)
💻 Local-only accounts and integrations (like Obsidian, Apple Reminders) aren't available on web.
📱 Mobile web is not there yet, I wouldn't recommend trying it
🏗️ It's still under construction, please report any issues you might find so we can fix them quickly.

Marco Ancona (Morgen co-founder) BAM! This is awesome!!!!
David Dale
Marco Ancona (Morgen co-founder) Hopefully you can ingtegrate local-only apps - I image this is difficult to do for Apple Reminders, but with Obsidian it's probably feasible with a plugin.

I lot of other commenters have brought up the main points on why I'd like this feature. As a freelancer I go back and forth with using my personal computer and various company computers. Unfortunately, these companies will not let me download apps outside of their ecosystem. When I work on my personal computer, Morgen is a life saver. I've suggested Morgen to other freelancers, WFH workers, business owners, etc. This is definitely a big gap I think many are looking for.

Yes, please. This is a deal-breaker for me because I routinely use public computers (school library and such), so I'll bookmark the app and watch for this capability to be added.

- Universal Access
The ability to use the app on any device that isn’t yours, wherever you are. If there’s a restriction on installations, you can still use it via the browser.
- Availability Across Different Devices
The mobile app falls significantly short compared to the desktop version, not to mention it lacks features like frames or the AI Planner. It might still be somewhat useful on a phone, but on devices like an iPad, it feels like wasted potential. With a browser-based app, I can simply access the full-featured version, including the AI Planner, through the browser on an iPad. Even as a backup option on a phone, I could switch to desktop mode and make it work somehow. Of course, if a responsive browser version for phones existed, it would be absolutely perfect.
- No Need for Installation
Users don’t need to download or install the app, which saves storage space on devices and removes any barriers related to installation.

Would love a Web App so I can use Morgen on the managed company device. Really missing this feature!

I would love to see a web version so I can use Morgen on Chromebook.

This would be great! I'm technically not supposed to install Morgen either, and as an Arc Browser user I love having everything at hand in one place.
