Summary of Hours by Calendar by View
Laurie P
I would love to see a summary of scheduled hours by calendar or by a specific tag or identifier in each view. This would be helpful because I work with a number of clients in different capacities and on a number of different projects, being able to view the number of hours I have pre and post allocated to those different identifiers would be really handy.

Weekly summary
The weekly summary is a regular analysis of progress and achievements from the past week. It focuses on what was accomplished, what goals were achieved and what challenges were faced. This type of summary is useful for day-to-day work as it allows you to quickly adjust your plans for the following week, monitor short-term progress and learn from ongoing activities.
In a typical weekly summary, it is useful to include:
- Main tasks completed during the week.
- Challenges and obstacles.
- Key achievements.
- Plans for the coming week.
Quarterly summary
The quarterly summary is a more strategic assessment of performance over the past three months. It focuses on analysing progress in the context of the business or personal goals set for the quarter. It assesses whether the quarterly goals were met, what the main challenges were and what can be improved in the coming quarters.
In the quarterly summary, it is useful to include:
- A comparison of achievements against quarterly goals / task to achive.
- Analysis of key projects / tasks and their progress.
- Lessons learned from difficulties and challenges.
- Plans for the next quarter and possible adjustments to the strategy.
Annual summary
The annual summary is an in-depth analysis of the whole year's performance. It includes a comprehensive assessment of long-term goals, key achievements and strategic developments during the year. This type of summary is key to assessing the effectiveness of activities throughout the year and setting targets for the coming year.
The annual summary should include:
- An assessment of long-term goals and strategies.
- A review of key successes and achievements.
- Identification of major obstacles and challenges.
Plans and goals for the coming year - often based on lessons learned from the past year.
Summaries at different stages allow you to better understand your progress, plan future activities and make improvements where needed.
Sunsana implemented weekly summary (review and daily shotdown) but didn't implement the goals for it, and ignored the quarterly and annual summary.
I mean would be good to make goals for the
- Quarterly
- Annual
Good reference is to take a look at Sunsana.
We might see tha goals we set for exmaple at the left / right panel to remember what is exacly our weekly, quarterly and annual goal. Something like personal milestones. That would help to know what is important for us, and after specific time frame we might to write short summary what we achive and what we should improve if something goes wrong. For example to positive look at time-bound or something blocked us.
Others app didn't provide similar feature in calendar planning app

Create Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly breakdowns of tasks done.
This would be very helpful to see the overall movement towards a "goal" or project.
This would also be very helpful for daily standups and weekly retros to look back on "what we did" towards our goals/projects.
