Feature Requests

I rely on home screen widgets for on-the-go, at-a-glance, and quick reference. What would be incredibly helpful would be to have: (1) color-coding in the widget to match custom colors set in the app (currently they all only show the default calendar color), along with (2) the ability to set custom colors in the mobile app, not just on desktop. Finally, (3) It would be great to have a widget with an “agenda” view that shows all planned tasks and events (currently limited to 2 days max). I believe most of these should be relatively simple tweaks, but ones that would make huge qualitative improvements for day-to-day usage.

A lot of the times I need a notification for an upcoming event, I am out and about and not near my desk/computer. It would be handy to be able to customize reminders on mobile instead of just going by the default calendar setting on desktop. The functionality already exists on desktop and would be great to see on mobile. My desktop workflow uses different reminder times for different events on the same calendar: 30 min for zoom meetings, 10 min for general events, etc. Having one set reminder time for all events on a calendar on mobile feels backwards :(

Tags are currently only settable/viewable on desktop. However on mobile only the event color is visible. Tags should be viewable and editable on mobile too.

Creating events would be much smoother and faster on the mobile app if it had the same NLP capabilities as the desktop app. Example: Meet with @John on Next Sunday at 7:30pm until 10pm

It would be great if one of the available widgets was a Task Category - eg your work category that lists all your work tasks. Even better if the list of tasks in the widget is vertically scrollable and you can sort by eg date due. An option to add a task straight into a list rather than the calendar.

Currently, the iOS app doesn't utilize background refresh functionality. This means the app doesn't automatically fetch and update information from the cloud in the background. As a result, the app's data might become outdated if changes are made while the app is closed. To see the latest information, I have to manually open the app and wait for it to refresh. I would greatly appreciate it if the app could leverage background refresh. This would allow the app to periodically sync with the cloud in the background, even when it's not actively in use. This background refresh would ensure that the app's information is always up-to-date, reflecting the latest changes made.

Outlook Calendar, Nine, and More have the calendar view, but then your agenda below that, both mobile and otherwise. It is great to see the entire month, but scroll throw agenda.

Can we get a month view and month widget for the mobile.
