Hide Morgen Frames on source calendar (different calendar)
TL;DR: I would like Smart Frames to not show up as meetings on other calendar apps by remaining hidden or on another layer that doesn't transmit to other calendars/apps. Specifically, keep it off my iOS calendar app so my time continues to show as "available" on booking tools that aren't Morgen, and does not alert me 3x day every time a Smart Frame session comes up. Context: I still have to use the iCalendar app regularly on my iPhone for a few reasons, but as related to this issue it's because the Morgen app isn't robust enough to allow for custom repeating calendar entries. For repeating calendar entries, you have to do that through AI on your desktop app to include the cadence (like every other day, or every Tuesday and Friday) and the end date so it doesn't go on forever. And occasionally it doesn't work, so I have to go into my iPhone Calendar app to adjust it. Because of this, Smart Frames has some weird behavior between the two apps. I don't see Smart Frames on my Morgen mobile app (which I like), but I DO see Smart Frames as meeting appointments on my iOS Calendar app (which I hate). As a result, I get multiple notifications a day on my phone for all of my Smart Frame event starts, which is really annoying. If I go into the iOS Calendar app on my iPhone to turn off the alarm notifications, it converts all of the Smart Frames into meetings on my Morgan desktop and iOS app, and I then have to delete everything and start over. I didn't understand what was happening the first time, so I've had to start over twice.

Task Dependencies/Auto Trigger of a Multi-Task "Workflow"
A useful feature would be to create maybe a specific type of option where a task can auto-create either sub-tasks or additional instances of the first task (with set suffixes?) to auto-populate in the task list so I can schedule them later. (I don't know that "workflow" is the best word for me to use as this isn't necessarily related to what Morgen workflows are [but could be if that is deemed best].) For example: I receive an order that needs customization, and there are multiple steps in the process that I would like to create tasks for. As of right now, I create tasks to: Create design: "Order #1718569 - Design" Send proof to customer: "Order #1718569 - Send Proofs" Process order & send to print (indefinite time in the future once approval is received): "Order #1718569 - Print" Process shipment information once order is complete: "Order #1718569 - Shipment" As of now, I'm just copy/pasting multiple instances of the task to achieve this and editing the title or description as needed, but it would save so much time to have multiple tasks auto-populate based on set rules. Another example is for when I am notified that a specific event is happening on a certain day, I'd like to be able to either add a triggering event/task that will auto-create tasks leading up to the event. For instance, the event is scheduled on Friday, but I want a task to auto-create for 3 days before, and a separate task to auto-create a week before, etc.

AI Planner: Start Date
Currently, when tasks are assigned to me in ClickUp or Linear, they sync seamlessly with Morgen, which is great. However, when using the AI planner, tasks are scheduled mostly based on due dates and Morgen’s smart scheduling engine. The issue arises when I may not actually be able to work on a task until a specific future date—or I may not even want to think about it until then. For example, if today is Friday and I assign my team a task to design something, I know they’ll be working on it today, Monday, and maybe Tuesday. I might set a due date for the following Friday, as I need to review it by then. However, I don’t want it scheduled in my AI planner until at least Wednesday. Right now, Morgen tries to schedule it earlier than I actually need it or can physically work on it. I know I can simply right-click and say 'Ignore Task', but that involves me having to review the task details to see if it's something I can or can't work on which takes away from the magic of the AI planner. Proposed Solution: Introduce a "Defer Until" field (or "Start Date") for tasks in Morgen’s AI planner. This would seamlessly map to Clickup's Start Date. This would allow users to specify a date before which the AI should ignore the task for scheduling purposes. If the date is set to February 14th, for example, the task would not be considered in the AI planner until that day. Benefits Reduces cognitive overload by ensuring tasks only appear when they are actually actionable. Prevents premature scheduling of tasks I’m not ready to work on. Improves AI task prioritization by only scheduling tasks I can work on.
